The property is located on Flat Creek Rd, East of the town of Geraldine, in Chouteau County of Central Montana. According to the owners, FSA, and county records, there are 1,630 acres; this may vary some if using FSA or county records in its entirety. The farmstead consists of 7 grain bins and corrals, but no home.
